Vitamin C (ascorbic acid) is a water-soluble vitamin. It plays a role in maintaining healthy gums, skin and connective tissue. In addition, it helps the absorption of iron from food, and works as a tissue antioxidant, thus keeping cells healthy.
Vitamin C also helps to maintain normal immune system function during and after intense physical stress and potentially reduces tiredness and fatigue.
For General Use: Take 1 to 3 capsules daily or as advised by your healthcare practitioner.
