As a nutritional supplement, add ± 2 scoops (27 g) to 200-250 ml of cold water. Blend well in a blender or shaker for about 30 seconds.
Take 2-5 servings daily. Consume before, during and after intense exercise for best results. Portions can be doubled.
Important Notice: Consult a physician before use, especially if you have a medical condition. Not suitable for pregnant/lactating women, or individuals under 12 years of age. Individuals aged 12 to 18 should not exceed one serving per day. It is important to drink at least 10-12 glasses of water a day.
