Produced in Inhambane from fresh coconut purchased directly from local communities.
It is the flour with the highest fiber content, and also contains protein and minerals. Gluten-free and with a low glycemic index, it can be consumed by diabetics.
It contains medium chain fatty acids, which are digested faster than other saturated lipids and reduce storage in the form of fat.
Use in the preparation of breads, cakes, cookies and pancakes, adding between 15-20% of coconut flour with wheat, banana or other flour.
