Before and during exercise – Mix ±1 scoop (15 g) with 500 to 550 ml of water, start drinking 20 minutes before training/race and drink it all over. Consume in addition to Biogen Cytogen or the energy drink of your choice.
After Exercise – For optimal recovery, consume a second serving immediately after your training session/event, along with Biogen Recovergen or your recovery drink of choice.
