Hormone Balance Natural HRT contains standardized herbal extracts of Black cohosh and Agnus castus (Chasteberry) to help relieve menopausal and premenstrual (PMS) symptoms. Ipriflavone (a plant-derived isoflavone) with vitamin D3, also found in the formula, helps prevent osteoporosis in postmenopausal women.
Women over 18 years old:
Take 2 capsules a day.
For menopausal symptoms, symptoms are used continuously.
For PMS (premenstrual syndrome) use for 7 to 10 days, starting about 5 days before the end of the menstrual cycle.
Use for a minimum of 3 months to see beneficial effects.
